My name is Yue Li (李越). I come from northwestern China, from a city called Xi'an. For the past fives years I have been living in Germany, most of the time in Munich as a student. I just finished my master's degree in mechanical engineering from the technical unversity of munich (yeah!) and am actively looking for a job in this country (inspite of the economic crisis, which i hate). If things don't go wrong and I don't run out of lucks, I will continue to live in this country for a certain amount of years:) Most of the photos on this website were taken within the last five years, some in the city where I live, some from trips I took in Europe. I love to travel and take photos on the way. As you can see this site is still under construction. The photos you see are just a small collection which I picked from my entire photo collections. I am planing to add a photo gallery, in which I will show you group of photos with different themes (e.g. photos from a trip, photos of a city etc.), similar to what you see on pbase. So do come back later to see what's new. Most of the photos were taken with a Nikon D70s and various entry level nikkor lenses. Some were taken with a Nikon D200 and Nikor 17-35mm f2.8 which I borrowed from my uncle (photos from hainan). I recently upgraded my system to a Canon 5D and Canon 17-55mm f2.8. This combo provided way much better results (the newest photos) than those taken with my previous nikon systems. I think I will stick to it for a long time.
